Welcome to Svaara

These terms govern your use of svaara.in and every purchase made through it. The website is operated by SVAARA Fashion, Memnagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By browsing the boutique or placing an order, you accept these terms.

Products & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Every piece is photographed and described with care; slight variations in colour may occur across screens and dye lots — that is the nature of real fabric, not a defect.

We curate in small, considered batches. A piece shown on the site is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before dispatch. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

Orders & confirmation

An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation on your phone (call or WhatsApp). Payment can be made online (UPI, cards, netbanking via Razorpay), by UPI on delivery, or as Cash on Delivery. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled — please review your bag, size and colour selections carefully before checking out. Our exchange policy covers you after delivery.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
