What we collect
When you place an order or write to us, we collect what fulfilment genuinely needs: your name, phone number, delivery address, city, state, pincode, and — if you share it — your email. Your bag and wishlist live only in your own browser until you check out.
How we use it
Your details are used to confirm, pack, deliver, and support your order — nothing else. We may contact you on the phone number you provide to confirm delivery details. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card, UPI, and banking credentials go directly to Razorpay over an encrypted connection — SVAARA never sees or stores them. We keep only the order amount and a payment reference.
Where your data lives
Order information is stored securely on servers located in India, protected by access controls — only the boutique's owner account can read it.
