Seven days, no drama
If a size or fit isn't right, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, in its original condition. Reach us on +91 76002 40145 or svaarafashion@gmail.com with your order number and we will arrange it.
What can be exchanged
Exchanges are offered for a different size or colour of the same style, subject to availability, or another piece of equal value. Pieces that are worn, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted — a boutique this small runs on trust in both directions.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Every order sets our small team in motion immediately — which is exactly why the exchange window exists to protect you after delivery instead.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only when we cannot fulfil your order — for example if a piece turns out to be unavailable after payment, or delivery to your address fails despite our attempts. In such cases, prepaid amounts are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of our confirmation. Cash-on-delivery orders that we cannot fulfil are simply not charged.
